Cee, 44, whose real name is Calvin LeBrun, pleaded guilty to a charge of loitering for the purpose of engaging in a prostitution offense. He and his much younger companion, Lawrence Campbell, 20, were busted March 30 at 4 a.m. at Watts and West streets.
He was ordered to complete three months, or 12 sessions, of counseling with a doctor, officials said.
This was Cee's second conviction on the same charge. The music man was busted in lower Manhattan last Oct. 8 and pleaded guilty a month later, officials said.
Cee made a name for himself in the hip-hop world as Big Daddy Kane's deejay. He later produced "Ready to Die," Notorious B.I.G.'s first album.
On Hot 97, he hosts "Throwback at Noon," a classic hits hour. At the time of his arrest a station manager told the Daily News the allegations were untrue.
Station officials did not return calls after his guilty plea.
His lawyer also could not be reached for comment.
Campbell, 20, who had no previous criminal record, was given an adjournment in contemplation of dismissal - meaning that if he stays out of trouble for six months, the case will be cleared from his record, officials said.

4/4/2011 - Popular NY DJ Mister Cee, who hosts the Hot 97 OLD SCHOOL AT NOON in New York City was ARRESTED last Wednesday. In addition to being a TOP DJ, Mister Cee was BIG DADDY KANE'S DJ and RIGHT HAND MAN. Mister Cee also executive produced Biggie's Ready To Die Album.
OK back to what happened. MediaTakeOut.com learned that according to police, Mister Cee left his job at HOT 97 and shortly thereafter met up nearby with a TRANSEXUAL MALE named Lawrence Campbell. Officers from New York's SIXTH PRECINCT (which covers GREENWICH VILLAGE) observed Lawrence and Mister Cee engaged in some kind of UNSPECIFIED LEWD CONDUCT. And during the LEWD ACT . . . Mister Cee had his PRIVATE PARTS EXPOSED.
As a result of what the officer saw, Mister Cee and Lawrence were ARRESTED and taken to jail. Mister Cee was charged with INDECENT EXPOSURE and PUBLIC LEWDNESS. Lawrence - who was fully clothed by had his MOUTH FULL at the time . . . was charged with just PUBLIC LEWDNESS.
Well there you have it . . the first ever PUBLIC OUTING . .. with UNCONVERTED EVIDENCE of a hip hop icon. Now . . . ladies and gents . . . where do we go from here. Of course Mister Cee and his peeps are DENYING that this happened - but TRUST . .. everything we have above is ACCURATE. Now it may be time to have a more OPEN and HONEST discussion about HOMOSEXUALITY in hip hop.
